Shanghai Productronica

Good sized room, helpful staff. The health club had excellent gym facilities and the in-house restaurants were great. Close to PT.

Nice room but staff need more training

Pros: upgraded room was nice and so is the facility. Con: I found the staff at the check in counter to be unhelpful. Slow and reactive, allowed line cutters while I was trying to check in. Asked for a plug adaptor and it was never delivered to me. The same can be said for the guy at the taxi queue. I once lined up at the queue for minutes before he would acknowledge me. I had to be proactive in asking him to call a taxi despite being in line clearly labeled for taxi. Nice hardware, but the human factor needs a lot more work!

Lacking the Hotels.com points but the hotel is fab

A wonderful stay only marred by the fact that Hotels.com have not issued the points. I'm at the point of wanting/needing to book another hotel within the group and I can't as these points haven't yet been added to the account. I hope I don't lose out because Hotels.com haven't answered my emails yet. I've only waited three weeks yet two days ago a booking I had for Sandakan was added today so feeling happy with that addition. Just need stamps 19 and 20 to take advantage of two nights. Come on hotels.com, get your finger out. Holiday Inn Pudong - marvellous, better than Rad Blu and Crowne Plaza!

Quiet but difficult to get taxi n taxi service to hotel is no good, Too many Similar name hotel in Shanghai

A very pleasant stay!

I stayed here 3 nights for a work trip. My expectations were relatively low as globally Holiday Inns can be hit and miss. This hotel was definitely a hit. The room was spacious, with good facilities and a great bath! I'd highly recommend to others

Good hotel

Good value for Pudong area

Western style restaurant was closed, not advised by front desk. WiFi is terribly slow unless you wait unitl 2 -6 am. Room was large, furnishings were dated. Shower is pretty good, no tub.
