Another wonderful stay!

We have stayed at this hotel over 10 times in the last 10 years and we are very satisfied with the location, services and rooms. One thing of note is the amazing staff on the club floor who make the stay even more enjoyable!

Extremely great view of Shanghai

Pros: Location
Check in process very smooth, and excellent service by staff. The room was very clean, and beautiful. The view of the city was spectacular!

Highly accessible location next to Major MTR

Located right at the start of Nanjing pedestrainised street with lots of shopping and some restaurants. Short walk to Peoples Square MTR station which is a major interchange for 3 lines . Hotel staff allowed us early check in at 8 am without being asked. Really appreciated after a long uncomfortable flight on China Eastern. Hotel staff are friendly and well trained with good service attitude. Can't say the same for service staff in other shops n restaurants in Shanghai.

A little overpriced

Pros: View and location are good. Breakfast buffet is very good - lots of veriety.
Cons: Air conditioning is bad. Very humid in the room. Very overpriced items in the room.
Location: Right next to the shopping center. Very convenient to the subway system.
