Very Rude Night Front Desk Staff

The reason I am rating this Oakwood a 1-star is because of the night front desk staff. She was extremely rude~I have never encountered a hotel staff this rude and I travel a lot for work and pleasure! For almost $250/night hotel, I wasn't expecting this terrible service. We got to the hotel late at night (almost midnight) to check in after a long flight. We're a family of 4 (2 kids of 11 and 16 years old). It is our first time in Shanghai so we had a few questions about the area but she said she doesn't speak English (and did not even try to help answer any of our concerns). We also had a flight to Beijing early morning, and we had to leave the hotel at 5 am. This same rude front desk staff was so upset because we had to wake her up to ask for help with a taxi to the airport. I will not stay here again~very disappointing for we stayed at other Oakwood in different Asian countries and the service was so much better than this one in Shanghai.
