Great hotel for a vacation stay.

It is really a nice hotel to stay in the down area right across from the Bun area.

The location and view is great! Employees are very friendly and nice. The windows or air conditioning is kind of cold, don't understand why, but the cold air is all around in the room though the room temperature shows 22 degrees. Since we only stayed one night, we didn't call the service. The outlet doesn't seem enough, and the hair dryer is in the room instead of the bathroom, which is kind of odd. Breakfast is not included, but if to have breakfast individually, it's way too expensive that close to $40 per person.

Very very poor check in experience. I paid for an executive room with a king bed and they tried to put me in a twin. After 3x and asking ME to pay for the upgrade they put me in a king size bed. Poor service. Executive lounge was good.
