Pros: Convenient and new
Air conditioning did not work, no air out from air valve at all even I tuned the fan to high. Need to open window as too warm in room 910.

Bad air quality.

The air quality inside the room was terrible, I measured a particle meter I have. That shows hotel has no filters in air ducts, so you breed the air pollution from outdoors. Could not sleep, headache and red eyes. In a city like Shaghai, air treatment must be done indoors, otherway you get sick.

everything was excellent

Location: Great location with everything within a short taxi or train ride to zoo, museum, restaurants, shopping.
Comfortable, clean, affordable, the staff were excellent, nothing as too much trouble.

Nice hotel near the central railway station

Pros: I liked everything about this hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Location: Proximity to the metro and train station are excellent.
A lot to like at this hotel. Very convenient location. Great rooms and great staff. Really good breakfast.

Nice hotel easy to get around.

Location: Near Metro, Eateries easily available nearby the hotel.
Nice hotel, easy to travel around. Close to Metro Station. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Recommended.

Great experience

There is no lift from subway to hotel. Thus making inconvenience to people on wheelchair or with pram. Overall, great experience.
