Very far from the city, and inconvenient to dining

The room itself was generally very comfortable and clean. The most disappointing experience during our stay at the hotel was dining in. As our stay at the hotel was a short stay, we did not include breakfast in our booking. We approached one of the stuff at the breakfast buffet to make enquiry as for the price per person. The staff advised us of the price, and we were asked our room number for her to prepare the invoice. She lead us to our table and handed us the invoice for signature, without any mention or alerting us that the buffet was closing as we were walking in. As we begin to approach the restaurants to get food, all the utensils have been taken away and the food had already packed up. We managed to get some bread and boiled eggs and nothing else. We expected to get the food and services for the price that we paid for. Not only we did not get much food but also a 15% service charge was charged to our bill with no service provided. The staff English was poor, which made it difficult to communicate for any compliant.

And we do apologize that we did not provide the qualified serivce to imform you the breakfast time is from 7:30 - 10:00, and the staff failed to further communicate with you making you even more uncomfortable.
