This hotel has been closed. We faced a lot of harassment & had to take another hotel by spending more money as there was no other option. Very dissatisfied from the services of hotel.com

Although our group had booked through Expedia and paid in advance, when we arrived, we found that no one behind the desk spoke English. We had to use sign language to indicate that we had booked 6 rooms, which seemed like a big surprise to them, and they also wanted to present us with a bill. There was no comprehension of the term Expedia. Eventually everything was sorted out and we ended up with rooms for the night. We realized that this hotel didn't really cater to westerners. We would be reluctant to recommend this to anyone bu speakers of Chinese.
