Very nice hotel in city center. Room was spacious and well equipped. Very convenient to Nanjing Road and metro station. Will stay again.

Great location for exploring restaurants and shopping malls. Sound insulation is a problem for the hotel room. Can hear people talking and coughing clearly from the hallway and neighbour room.

Room is good and generally speaking, the staff are very helpful. However, they don’t have many choices for in room dinning and breakfast. The Chinese restaurant Man Bao Lou is the first and also last time that we would go…it took ages for them to prepare food. We ordered 6 dishes at Man Bao Lou and they took 2 hours to prepare. Very inefficient.

Great location & awesome services
The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping malls. Check-in and check-out were quick and thorough. All the staff were professional, efficient and sincere. We stayed at the executive floor. The lounge’s service was awesome. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening hors d’oeuvres had a wide selection of food, desserts and wines (evening only). The only issue was the Wi-Fi. It was slow and I was not able to use FaceTime. Also, Wi-Fi did not work in the bathroom areas. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Back to Shanghai for a short stay after many years later. Room was spacious and the high floor unit has a fantastic view, unblock view of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Tower and many other building in Pudong. Many eartery around and walking distance to the walking street. Overall great comfortable stay.

Excellent and spacious room. Connected to a luckin coffee and McDonald's and just across shopping malls. Lobby driveway is sometimes packed at peak hour so you have to buffer extra time for your taxi to get to you.
