Not so impressive from a Marriott hotel

The food from Room Service have a lot of room for improvement no matter on the presentation as well as the food itself. The quality of breakfast like food choices and staff service also need to be improved.

タクシーを呼んでくれるので、出かける時には便利だと思います。PuDong空港から行くとちょっと遠いと思います。

실망이였습니다

일주일동안 세곳의 호텔을 머물렀는데 제일 맘에 들지 않았습니다. 두번째 묶은 메리어트 시티센터와 비교 했을때 모든면에서 서비스가 떨어지더군요. 예로 주변환경(리버뷰에 공사를 하여 종일 소음), 중심지로 이동하기에 택시로 꽤 떨어져있음, 조식도 시티센터는 런치뷔페수준인데 여긴그에비해 조식수준이나 레스토랑 직원은 친절합니다. 프론트 직원이 좀 실망스럽더라고요. 소음때문에 객실을 좀 두번정도 봤는데 두번째때 얼굴이 확 굳어지면서 짜증난다는 감정이 다 드러나더라고요. 제가 좀 까다로왔어도 그런모습을 보이는건 아닌것 같아요. 난방도 안되고 아 여러 호텔 이용해보자고 옮겨다닌게 정말 후회되더라고요. 처음 하얏트 호텔 상하이에 계속 있을걸 후회가 막심했어요. 하얏트는 좀 일찍 예약해서 거의 다 같은 가격대였거든요 ㅠ

上海では フォーシーズン、ヒルトンを良く使いますが 当ホテルは 立地は悪いが、サービスは良かった。特に朝食のサービスは 対応が良く 朝から気持ちが晴れました
