A very noisy hotel!

We arrived hotel very late (early!) in 2am in the midnight. Although the check-in counter should be opened for 24 hours, my first impression was the hotel out of business! Some counters were covered with cloth. To my surprise, the hotel lobby was a very noisy (full of machinery sound!) though it was in the midnight. The check-in counter was only managed by one staff. The billboard at the back of check-in counter keep on flashing which made us dizzy. Because of the late night and we were the only customer, we expected it should be very fast to complete the check-in procedure and get our room key. Unfortunately, it was not! The check-in staff requested us to provide damage deposit and pay by credit card. The staff tried to swipe our different credit card many times but it was not successful. Subsequently, we could only get our room at 2:30am.
The first impression of the hotel was very small which was quite unexpected. Buffet breakfast was very crowded. Dining tables are very close to each other though the food was still acceptable.
