Expectations in a 5Star International Hotel

Pros: The entire place was wonderful, I didn't mention the SPA, it is must, if you'd like to visit Heaven then Visit the SPA at The Ritz-Carlton
Cons: I believe if it isn't broken don't fix it,
Location: Unfortunately I didn't have time to take advantage of the Shopping Mall attached.
You often expect everything in a 5star international hotel to be top quality, including the service, on this trip I have experienced 2 International Hotels while I was in China. It is expected that staff no matter in which country must be able to communicate adequately in a 5star Hotel. The Ritz-Carlton is one you can expect and receive such a service, you are greeted at the entrance by staff welcoming you with above average English, right through to checking in with the friendliest of staff, and the dinner at the Italian Restaurant was such a pleasurable night to remember again staff was excellent, my Compliments to the management, The New F&B manager was extremely friendly and welcoming, Magdali has just joined the team recently she will add more after taking with her & learning her past postings. Look no further when in Shanghai my choice will certainly be The Ritz-Carlton*****. My other experience was the Intercontinental hotel in Hangzhou, again you would expect this hotel to have all that the Ritz-Carlton has, you couldn't be further from that in fact, the Hotel looks amazing, the staff, well they all lacked English including the front office staff, imagine dining in the Western Food restaurant and the waiter does not understand a word of English, how frustrating, oh try ordering a spirit after the lunch period, it is not available, 5 Star? sorry based on that I wouldn't even go near it again even for free. For Hangzhou look elsewhere not worth the money at all

Albergo bellissimo, stanze ben rifinite, pulitissimo, personale straordinariamente gentile. Lo consiglio sicuramente, ci tornerò presto. Menzione particolare per il bar all'ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato sulla TV Tower e sul Bund

Pros: 室内の空気の良さ。
Cons: チェックインカウンタースタッフが、過剰と言えるほどのサービス。もう少し手を抜いていただいても大丈夫ですよ。
Location: 併設のショッピングセンターで大満足でした。
お酒を飲むのも食事をするのも、ホテル内で完璧にそろいますね。最高の夜景でしたよ。客室の空気が外のスモックを感じさせない快適な空間を演出していました。何と言っても、これが大満足でしたね。

This hotel is not as good as my imagination .The Chinese restaurant is not delicious at all but still expensive . 我覺得他不符合麗池卡爾登的名字,我甚至還在游泳池的換鞋處受了傷,也不見任何的賠償與道歉

The server Daisy Jiang at roof-top Flair was exceptional, she provided excellent service and I enjoyed the friendly chit-chat. :) The only complain I have about my room is that the power outlets on the desk were all broken.
