“Great views from the bedroom towards the sea (apart from the infamous Shanklin lift shaft). Sun rise while lying in bed was fantastic to see. Staff were great and the food was good. Although some areas were a little worn and could do with a bit of TLC, it was very clean and tidy.”

“Issues about the room
Open the door - strong musky smell even with the window open.
On arrival in the room I had to remove 5 spiders (each in different corners of the room) aswell as several cobwebs.
Carpet had a massive stain upon entering the room which probably added to the musky smell.
Room uninviting and very small for double. Décor was 1970's styled, looking incredibly dated.
Bath had large scattered spots of paint so you certainly wouldn't bath in it. Can’t shave as there’s no plug in……

“Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool.
In addition, the included breakfast was delicious.
This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.”

“The staff were really lovely, easy check in and easy check out.
But, the bathroom had toothpaste marks all over the sink, glass shelf and mirror.
The temperature of the shower was either really hot or really cold, you couldn’t change it manually. The hair dryer in the room didn’t work at all. The big bathroom light didn’t work, only a small one above the mirror when you used the shower you could hardly see what you were doing.”
