"Room and overall hotel was clean, love the fact that you are able to regulate the temperature in the room. Breakfast was edible.Staff was helpful especially the receptionist Michael, 100%. There was at one point we were being racially profile, once we informed the manager she stated that she would deal with the situation. Have no idea of the outcome. We are not going to make that incident cloud our judgment. We/I will return. Wi-Fi signal was good."

"I travelled down from London booked a executive suite it was large and very spacious Amenities in the room are very good shampoo body wash lotion all available and good quality I enjoyed my stay Just feel for one night maybe a little overpriced but overall will definitely come again Disappointed because of the parking had booked through Expedia and thought I had reserved parking but upon arrival told was no parking available as fully booked so just for future call in advance and reserve your parking space "

"We weren't advised there was a pool, so we didn't get to use it. Staff were all lovely, especially receptionist who booked us in. But the second lift being out of order meant we had to wait for the lift when checking out. There was a chair in our room \[118\] that needed joints gluing and could have collapsed, and somewhere in the bathroom is leaking damp, resulting in a few harmless fruit flies and damagedbath panel and skirting. "
