Excellent stay in every category

Pros: Everything I liked!
Excellent stay in every category. Very child friendly, beach out back with pools with separate kids pools; close to many nice eateries and next door to a beautiful mosque ! Convenient free shuttle buses during day. Will definitely stay again

Family Vacation

This Hotel serves a purpose, for families and those wishing for a quiet stay it is perfect, the accomodation is basic with rooms semi or partially upgraded ( hotel is 25 years old ) Our first room was musty ( 13th Floor ) and hense we moved to floor 4 which was partially upgraded, beds are old, lighting in the room in insufficient, what this hotel makes up for is nice warm staff, a pleasant atmosphere and great beach and location, This hotel offers guests good value, nice enough food and a great quiet exclusive beach

You get what you pay!

It was good for the price we paid. Room service was quick. However reception needs to be a bit more courtesious. Deposit takes 10-15 days to refund, which is a bit ridiculous! Hotel food is extremely expensive.

Further to your feedback, the deposit takes 10 to 15 days to refund only if it is blocked on your credit card, as the transaction is cleared from our hotel and then later from your bank, hence the delay. Bad neighbourhood.

A huge industrial area 100 metres from the hotel made the stay at the hotel to a negative experience. There where a lot of noise and bad smell coming from the industries. There where also garbage floating around in the beach area.

Fantastic Stay.

Very enjoyable 4 night stay. On arrival we were upgraded to business suite rooms which were stunningly huge. The Chinese and Indian restaurant were both very good value for money (£30)for feeding 3. Will use this hotel again.

Nice beach resort for family stay

Good option for family stay - have neat pool & private beach facility. Can expect basic amenities, relaxing atmosphere & cooperative staff but not upto 5 star. Very nice restaurant near to lounge area. Room carpets were not clean, break fast not satisfactory, required training for staff to an 5star level.Crib was not provided which agreed during check-in.
