Never stay there!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Remove the word SWISS from the name of the hotel
Location: Situated at the crossing, no place to go out, dirty.
At check in you will have to wait 40 minutes without any excuses, coffee, because you room will not be ready on time. Every day you will ask for fresh towels and etc. if you give them your rental car for valet parking, they will scratch it. Dirty hotel, unpolite staff, bad suburban. Absolutely NO SWISS Hotel! No European quality!!!!

Need technical maintenance

The room was good and the bed was clean , the only problem was the bathroom exhaust was not working and the central a/c was not cold enough even that I sit it up on 18 degree but still feels like it's 25 degree

Budgeted hotel in Shariah. 3 star in my opinion

The staff was very friendly and the bell boy and service is excellent.the room sand bathroom very spacious but, this hotel rating is only 3 stairs to my opinion. Because, The bathrooms tiles must to renewed. The paint of the room is damaged. Under the fridge dirt.

Nice hotel close to Sharjah city center

Nice hotel and spacious rooms with bath tub and helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay but had tough time locating since I drove by myself

Great hotel would absolutely stay again!

Pros: EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING!!!!
Cons: extra guest charge for a standard room could be waived.
Location: location was fine because the hotel provided a van for going shopping and to the beach.
This hotel was great!! As an American I was a little worried about staying at hotel that I didn't know. EVERYTHING was perfect!! Staff was great, hotel was very clean,hotel also has free van to great locations for shopping. I would stay here again and again and again. I would also recommend all my friends and family. the food was great, this hotel was 1 million times better than I expected. They also gave us a great price for an extra guest in our room. Thank you Swiss Bell, this customer was greatly satisfied and impressed. I loved this hotel!!

Lovely Hotel

This is a great hotel with lovely staff and a wonderful breakfast. It had become Swiss Belhotel by the time I arrived even though I had paid for the old owners place, The Rotana. My payment hadn't been registered, but this was quickly sorted. My room was certainly 4* standard, had a comfy bed and was clean. I was on the 14th floor but the lifts were super quick. When you stay at the hotel there is a sort of trade off. If you intend being in Dubai by 09.30 you have to depart at 07.30 as the traffic is horrendous. There is a free bus from the hotel later in the day though. Likewise, the hotel isn't really that near any of the larger shops in Sharjah, but again there is a free bus later in the day. If you are only going to UAE for an enormous buying expedition it might be worth considering this. The good part is that a hotel of this quality in Dubai would be at least twice the cost.
