Nice hotel close to Sharjah city center

Nice hotel and spacious rooms with bath tub and helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay but had tough time locating since I drove by myself

Great hotel would absolutely stay again!

Pros: EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING!!!!
Cons: extra guest charge for a standard room could be waived.
Location: location was fine because the hotel provided a van for going shopping and to the beach.
This hotel was great!! As an American I was a little worried about staying at hotel that I didn't know. EVERYTHING was perfect!! Staff was great, hotel was very clean,hotel also has free van to great locations for shopping. I would stay here again and again and again. I would also recommend all my friends and family. the food was great, this hotel was 1 million times better than I expected. They also gave us a great price for an extra guest in our room. Thank you Swiss Bell, this customer was greatly satisfied and impressed. I loved this hotel!!

The smell of the room was overwhelming, I couldn't even sleep. The next room had trouble with water flooding floor in bathroom. Overall experience was poor.

Concierge staff and bellboys were great. Other staff was mediocre. They all have nice greetings but when it comes to actual service they lack in that. hotel is old and outdated.

Quite Dissapointing

Pros: Breakfast was well done.
Cons: Washrooms need serious upgrade, Room needs a full makeover as well.
Location: Location in Sharjah was good.
The hotel rooms need a complete makeover. Not thoroughly ventilated, and the washroom had stains and the drains would keep floor went in puddles. Shower head was broken and wasn't changed till 2 days into my stay. Apart of courteous staff and good washroom, the hotel rooms itself were not worth the money They kept using the old Rotana shampoos and items which i found unprofessional as well..

Acceptable Hotel

Pros: The hotel had good amenities. There was a free shuttle to the mall. The front desk manager was very pleasant and accommodating.
Cons: The rooms need to be updated. Some of the sheets are quite old and the bathrooms are starting to stain. And room service could be quicker.
Location: There are shops, restaurants, transportation, and museum near by
The hotel is acceptable. I overall enjoyed the stay. The front desk was pleasant and could manage a "rush" of check ins. The manager was out and about at times talking to staff and employees, which was nice to see. There is a small cafe in the lobby where you can get desserts, coffee and tea. They are a little pricey but its very good. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor, they are nice and the food came out quick and hot.

Nice hotel with reasonable prices. Good location with lots of shops and stores around. Beach is a 3 minute taxi drive away.
