The manager outside in the patio area where the music was performed did an outstanding job, always responding to our requests kindly. Good service with the sack lunches- appreciated that the fruits were washed with filtered water. Negative- Horrible check in reception- waited for the room , 45 minutes, yet did not tell us. They did not tell us anything about the place- did not know about the free restaurants and did not know about the free liquor choices. "

"Second time here. While the rooms are a bit older, location, food, staff, shuttle to SoHo square etc. are on point. Beach is great, soft sand, can walk out 100+ feet to your waist. Sea is warm, pool is big, pool bar is good, restaurants on site are good. Didn’t see many other Canadians (was like 99% Russian guests lol) but I highly recommend! "
