We had Booked from Hotels.com (All Inclusive) but when i reached at the hotel, I was shocked that it was booked for bread & breakfast only, Then I called Hotels.com and findout Mistake was from Hotels.com & they asked me for a refund, Now how can any1 accept a refund?? drove 8hrs by car for a refund?!! it took me 4hrs to solve this problem via Hotels.com Call Center, This review is for Hotels.com not for the hotel it self !
