The hotel has two elevators to take you to the beach and different room sections and the main lobby which has the main restaurant, walking up and down these hills is a pain especially for older folks.
The front desk and front desk manager were excellent .
The food was terrible and my wife got food poisoning.
There is no beach and the pier to get to the reefs is a plastic pier which in high seas is very annoying and hazardous.
The rooms were not well maintained as our keys worked part of the time.
Rest of the employees other than the reception were cocky and a bit snappish and I really don't know why? weird.
We had to move to another hotel the royal Savoy in Naima bay which was more expensive but really excellent.
They also messed up our reservation as we booked half board via Expedia and they would not honor it and booked as BB and we had to pay the difference but Expedia refunded us right away.

As you have mentioned "food poisoning", please note, that our resort follows all health and safety regulations in the food and beverage operations, be it food preparations or services and delivery. Please note that regular inspections are carried out by the local hygiene company E-Cristal. We carry a certificate of compliance for food hygiene by the E-crystal food safety company as well as an international HACCP certificate for hygiene.
Located on a Ras Um El Sid plateau, resorts beach is equipped with a floating jetty to facilitate access to the swimming site. Manufactured by Italian company, the jetty is fully compliant with all safety regulations. The regular routine safety checks are performed and the necessary maintenance is carried out in accordance to health and safety requirements.
