Great Hotel

Obviously, this is a premium hotel chain and it shows. The staff were friendly and polite, the property is beautiful, the room was amazingly comfortable and the location can't be beat. The only issue was that sometimes the spa staff was a little pushy trying to get you to buy a massage, but I can understand because Sharm has seen a big drop in tourism recently and people need to make money. But overall, I loved it. And the breakfast buffet was unbelieveable.

Beautiful scenery overlooking the bay ,the hills

Pros: The view,the architecture, nearby Neaba Bay
Cons: Need more Arabic TV channels, indoor activities if weather is cold or raining in winter
Location: Excellent location,I walked daily to Neama Bay and town.went in glass boat,
I enjoyed my stay,the hotel architecture is beautiful,the view is charming.Five secluded beaches and beautiful passage to Neaba Bay.The staff,the food , every thing was great.

There is no point to book at this hotel. Get somthing closer to naama bay. Very big hotel. It takes 10 mins to reach your reem from the reception

Очень гостеприимный сервис. Лучшее расположение в Шарме : не шумно, но сравнительно близко к тусовке, закрытая территория на первой линии, свои четыре песчаные пляжа с кораллами. Кухня качественная, но скромная по ассортименту для пятизвездочника. Для прогулок - 15 мин пешком до курортного посёлка Наяма Бэй с магазинами и ресторанами.

The most terrible hotel i hve ever visited

Pros: Only the price
Cons: The behavior of the staff and the restriction on the security, aslo they should provide transportation service from gate to reception area.
Location: The location was very near to Neema Bay walk which is considered one of the poplular area in Sharm ALSHIKH.
Frist of all the location of the hotel was awesome and price looks fair. The bad experience I been through that, I have arrived at 10am but my room wasn’t ready even my booking started from the previous day, the front desk staff his name Araan was so nervous and specking loudly when he answer my inquiry because I was not satisfied with the situation, he said you have to wait until the room get ready for minimum half hour, I kept waiting until they prepare my room . The other comments the security was another negative factor as it was over reacting, they do not allow my friends to enter the hotel because she not stays there and even when we seat in the lobby they keep eye on us and penetrated our privacy until she leave. Another bad experience with their restaurant during breakfast, the staff not educated how to deal with the guest, they keep asking about room number at the entrance to assure the mail included in your booking, also they keep repeating the same question on the table and when you exist, I can say that they are not customer oriented and they suspect them self and the guest. Also the variety of food was not reflecting a five star hotel and most of the food was cold, In general the food quality was not good at all. In conclusion the management of the hotel was not doing their job properly and this experience was the most terrible one in my live. I have no plan ever what ever happen to go their again. Regards,

Ihan ok - hyvä Egyptissä

Varasimme lennot Sharmiin ja hotellin suoraan. Kyseessä on All Inclusive -hotelli (joka kannattaisi mainita esittelyssä). Vieraat olivat pääasiassa venäläisiä, Turkkilaisia ja saksalaisia. Paljon lapsia. Hotellin palvelu oli hyvää mutta ei vastaa odotuksia viiden tähden hotellista. Internet toimi todella surkeasti ja huoneessa ei käyännössä lainkaan. Hotellilla on kuitenkin oma ranta joka on hyvä ja se on kävelymatkan päässä Naama Baystä. Hotelli on ihan ok, mutta itse tuskin menemme uudestaan koska emme pitäneet sen "tyylistä".

nice hotel on the beach

booked on bed and breakfast basis for 7 nights in october 2015. complimentary airport puck up and drop off which saves the hassle of bargaining with taxi drivers at the airport.driver was at airport exit with placard, took our luggage and very professional and courteous. check in at 5.30 pm very quick-the reception staff took us personally to our room and also showed us around the hotel. The room was clean, had a mini bar, flarscreen tv with 4-5 english language channels and with a view of the red sea from the balcony. Large pool with pool bar which is good. 4 beaches but rocky snd has corals at around 8-10 feet.good for snorkelling. 25 mins walk to centre of naama bay which can be exhausting in the heat. only 1 bottle of complementary mineral water per day and mini bar water is expensive 10 egp for a small bottle. breakfast was good. a la carte restaurant for lunch also good. Indian restaurant average though highly rated on tripadvisor. all inclusive quite expensive- not worth it in my opinion.
