Definitely Coming Back

Location: You can do all water activities, diving, snorkeling and parasailing. You can go Safari in the desert and clubbing at night either inside the hotel or
The hotel is very nice but the best part of it is the friendly and professional staff. They were very helpful, professional, friendly and make guests feel pampered and willing to come back just to meet them again.

Luxury with the hospitality of a family run Hotel

Rixos Sharm is amazing, and has everything you need when you are away. So many places to eat and so many options. There are many pools, and a nice beach. Clubs, lounges, spa's! Everything is accounted for from the decor to the well manicured property. The only thing I have to complain about is the bed! Its crazy how a place so luxurious has rock hard thin mattresses? Very odd. Made it difficult to sleep some nights but I would still recommend to anyone.

Aaaahhhhhh!!!!!

Exactly what we needed. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. The staff were excellent. From Maksoud in the Zodiac restaurant, to Reda, Aayman, and Mohammed in the beach and pool bars, we were taken care of. The reception staff assisted us with anything we needed. Concierge services assisted us on trips to town. Overall, the facilities and staff made our trip the bast vacation we have had in years.

excellent hotel but....

Pros: Pool, restaurants, beach and the all inclusive
Location: fare from all attractions but quite and nice place
Excellent hotel form all aspect, pools, beach, restaurants (late dinner until 2 pm was a great idea) only one terrible things happen to us. My wife preferred to wear niqap and cover her face as her choice, at the check-in the receptionist told me we can not check you in if your wife wearing niqap, which was not written in the website. I consider this a discrimination and disrespectful from the hotel management and tourism sector in sharm el sheikh. after long discussion and clarification from the hotel deputy manager they let me to check in but I refused to go in and asked to be transferred to another 5 star hotel on expense of Rixos hotel. Finally we agreed to go in with assurance that our stay will not be effected or facing discrimination from hotel guest or the staff.

Certainly not 5 star

This hotel is not 5 star, it was quite grubby in places, no cushions on sun beds and had several so called VIP areas that could only be used for an extra charge. I found some of the staff very rude and in general in need of proper training. The food was very good with a great choice of dinning options. It is a very big hotel with limited amenities and it appeared that everything was Gerard to getting you to pay extra for better service.

Great vacation

Pros: Pools, food variety and cleanness.
Cons: Be more prepared for raining.
Location: Far away from old town but no need to go there.
We spend a week there, it was one of our best vacations and the best ever in Sharm Elshiekh, the place is very clean and the pools are great too, the only think we didn't like was about the sea, the shore was sandy but no where to swim by the shore, we have walk through the walk side about 100 m to reach the swimming area. Food all day long and late night too with a nice variety of all kinds.
