This hotel is not 5 star, it was quite grubby in places, no cushions on sun beds and had several so called VIP areas that could only be used for an extra charge. I found some of the staff very rude and in general in need of proper training. The food was very good with a great choice of dinning options.
It is a very big hotel with limited amenities and it appeared that everything was Gerard to getting you to pay extra for better service.
