well, at first we experienced terrible situation when we booked 9 double rooms for all our family to spend our holiday at tirana aqua park THEN we didnt mention number of kids in our booking for they are all under 12 yrs old YET when we arrived we were faced by them asking for extra fees (same as room charged!!!! so we are supposed to pay it double) tried our best with the reception and Mr emad their head manager yet in vain however, i contacted hotels.com customer service and Ruhhit was so helpful and managed to sort everything out as for the hotel, it's kindda of old with old exhausted furniture and bathroom also pool chairs are dying !! the food was awful we had the chef come and taste it and he couldn't finish his bite and spit it in a paper tissue!! yet the hotel is in nabq which is a good place and has a big aqua park for old and young kids overall it's good but returning back there isn't an option for us other hotels has the same price but with better services for example kiroseaz aqua park

Pros: Option to avoid being bothered whilst at the pool
Cons: A lot of light bulbs needed changing
The hotel is starting to look a little tired and was clearly never put together amazingly in the first place. Saying that I really enjoyed my stay. The good is ok to good but the other residents can turn it into a mad rush for food dead on 7pm! The staff were nice and seemed to appreciate a smile and some manners (something out east European friends seem to be lacking). The red flag system at the pool means you can avoid being bothered by the people selling massages etc which is useful as they can be relentless. The different pool areas means that there is an area for everyone. There are waterslides, a kids adventure pool, a relaxing pool and several pool bars. To summarise this is an all round good hotel that caters to lots of different tastes.

Food is not good and so is the Service. Have waited for more than 3 hrs in the longe to get a Room on the 1st Day...

Pros: Animatie, personeel, zwembad, privestrand
Cons: de vele Russen, maar dat kan per seizoen verschillen
Location: prima locatie op slechts 10 minuten van het vliegveld van Sharm.
Het animatieteam is geweldig, en ook het andere personeel is heel vriendelijk. De zwembaden zijn mooi, en het privestrand ietwat klein maar erg goed. Je kunt er snorkelen en ook je lunch en drinken krijgen. Het diner is afwisselend met de verschillende restaurants, wat het all inclusive concept niet eentonig maakt. Prima hotel dus! Weer was ook goed te doen begin oktober.
