Great location. Easy highway access.

Pros: The rooms and amenities were decent, good breakfast buffet, and the staff was super helpful.
Cons: The hotel bar could stay open later than 10pm.
Location: Decently located for the stadiums, zoo, and Jungle Jim's store.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Always talk to these guys about traffic and best routes around town!

Pros: Location to a person I was visiting
Cons: Better control of a/c, cleaner carpets and tile in bathroom, blankets in the room because it was so cool
Carpets and floor were dingy and dirty. The rooms and restaurant were kept way too cold. Breakfast food was varied but disappointing. I won't stay at a Clarion again.

Affordable

Hotel was central to the attractions we were visiting and was very well priced. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Facility is a little scruffy and needs freshening up but for what we needed it was more than fine.

great hotel

Pros: restaurant on site was nice, breakfast and two pools
Cons: needs a hot tube, the basement leading to the outdoor pool looked tacky.
Location: shopping area and food
it was cool. No problem at all. that is it. the house keeper came in my room after one knock after I requested a late check out

Loud and no front desk service

Room was nice and comfortable; however the family in the adjoining room to ours was extremely loud from 8pm-midnight. Constantly going in and out of their room, slamming the door, getting ice (ice machine was very close to our room) and talking loudly, with their parents yelling and swearing. We could seriously hear their entire conversations without straining. We tried calling the front desk 10 times over the span of an hour and no one ever answered. As someone staying with an infant, a quiet room was of utmost importance to us, but the Clarion did not deliver. Worst hotel stay we've had in years. While we understand that it was other guests that made it so unpleasant, the fact that we couldn't contact any staff at the hotel was unacceptable.

For $169 a night .....I over payed by $100

Floors /Carpeting dirty throughout. Shower Curtain not functional. Breakfast not edible with cheap ingredients. I also think our vehicle was damaged (rear tail light lense) because we were forced to park in a lot full of Tree Trimming Trucks/equipment. staff very nice but entire facility warrants major update. Not even close to being worth the money spent.

Got the wrong room and was charged twice.

We reserved a king room with a sofa bed... was given a king with a roll away... also prepaid for the room thru expedia and when I checked in they charged my card again... management did quickly remedy the situation .. faxing a letter to my bank to reverse the charges.. had this happened after banking hours it would have been a mess... I am thankful they took care if the issue quickly and gave gift certificate to the over under restaurant... was nice just be careful with check in if you have already prepaid.

Nice hotel, close to everything.

Very impressed. The rooms were very clean. Wasn't noisy at all, so my kids were able to sleep good. Only con was the breakfast. Wasn't good at all, but can't expect much for free. Overall a good experience. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
