Check-in staff was super nice, and check-in was quick and easy. When we got up to our room on the second floor, we noticed a foul smell in the hallway (almost like a sewage smell). Our room was freezing cold because the air was set at 60 degrees. When I turned it off and turned the heat on a bit to take the chill off, we literally gagged. It smelled like there was a burnt mouse in the heater. We then had to open the window to air out the room. We did find out the next morning that the foul odor in the hallway was the lady across the hall with her cat. Hotel management asked her to leave, and she refused, so two policeman showed up to escort her out. The top cover of the bedding was dirty near the bottom. The carpet was gross - I'm guessing from pets. I would not stay here again.

Musty-smelling room & so-so breakfast! Good thing we only for 1 night.

The room we received was supposed to be a great room, according to the front desk personnel. I was nervous as the security to lock the sliding glass door could be broken into by children. The carpet was damp by the A/C and then the TV went. We had to switch rooms. Poor quality hotel that I would never stay at again!!

Reservation stated we'd have a refrigerator and microwave, neither was in our room. When the front desk clerk called to see if everything was okay i mentioned the no fridge abd he said yay, that room doesnt have one. I had brought a few gluten-free items because I didn't expect the breakfast to have many options. Could hear the guests on either side of us talking and could hear the guests upstairs walking. They did however provide me a free toothbrush which I had forgotten to pack.

Hotel was nice, clean, and had what I wanted. The staff was especially friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area.

ok stay

Staff were great, room smelled funky. Nice to have access to laundry room, fairly close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was not worth bothering with.
