“Good overall”

“The staff are always great. The attached restaurant is very convenient. The food and service are always great. The last 2 times I've stayed at the hotel (2 different rooms), the air conditioning units have been extremely noisy. They wake me up every time they turn on. And they turn on atleast once per hour. I definitely don't feel rested after a night of that. Some maintenance on the units is definitely an order.”

“Courteous staff, Reno’s to date looking good.”

“The bed was comfy and clean. Everything worked: shower, fridge, a/c. TV had minimal channels. Twenty second walk to the bar across the street for food and catch the game. Property is having Reno's so some areas were blocked off appropriately. Chairs to sit outside on the porch was also nice. My only complaint is the floors. You can feel that they don't sweep/mop (and if they do...they need to do better). Had to wear shoes inside. I would stay here again.”

“Originally made reservations for 2 rooms, but upon late evening check in was told l only had 1 room. I said we would make it work. Was able later to show my confirmation for 2 rooms but still said we would make the single room work out. Found they charged for 2nd room even tho wedidnt use and it was their mistake upon check-in. ”

“All local staff don't reply back to a good morning greeting. Immigrant staff are the only friendly ones. The lady in charge of the cafeteria is nice and helpful. The room was vacuumed but the floor near the beds was very sticky.”
