“We had a room with double and single bed. It was very clean - couldn't fault that. I felt it was in a rather run down and ugly location - wouldn't ever return to that area of Sheffield. The view from our window was terrible - made area look derelict. So many things in the room were dated and chipped, including paintwork and had seen better days. “The hotel is in a transition phase - they're in the midst of a reboot/refurb so things are still a bit up and down, though they did seem to be trying their best. I stayed in one of the finished rooms and everything was just as you would expect. Unfortunately the hotel was overbooked so my colleague had to stay in one of the incomplete rooms.
