Cincinnati trip

Pros: recently remodeled and close to the expressway. Has a typical continental breakfast. room was very clean and quiet
Cons: no major improvements needed
Location: Near a major casino and is an hour away from Cincinnati and less than an hour from indianapolis
nice stop on way to Cincinnati-Needed a place to stay on way to a Cincinnati reds baseball game. Hotel staff was very pleasant upon arrival and I noticed that this motel was recently remodeled. the Indiana grand casino is one exit away for those with an inclination to go there. motel is in a very quiet location

nice hotel!

super nice hotel but the staff didn't seem to really like their job. the night we checked in the guy was kind of rude when i asked to pay cash which when i booked it i was told i could do. and then they be next morning we got woken up out of bed for a "noise complaint from the neighbors saying our tv was too loud" the lady beat on our door until we woke up to answer it and informed us we were too loud when we were in fact sleeping with no tv on or anything. once we were awake and couldn't go back to sleep we heard the loud music that our neighbors were complaining about but it seemed to be a few rooms down. just wish the staff would have taken there time to figure out which room it actually was instead of rudely awakening the WRONG people.

A jewel of a find. Clean rooms, .well lit parking area. Breakfast was a little disappointing. I got there late and the selection had not been restocked so the choices were very limited,

I had to leave one day early because my aunt who was with me got ill. I had to return her back to Kentucky and she did end up in the hospital. I asked for a refund for the last day and the hotel told me Hotels.com had to reimburse the money since you was initially paid the fee. I talked to someone there a couple of weeks ago and was told it would be corrected but never was. Please help.
