Annoying issues at Woodstock hotel

Issues Inflexible about check in- very rigid. Sparse comfort amenities. Inedible breakfast. Would not repeat.

We are thrilled that you were eager to stay with us, but due to our busy night before your stay we were unable to accommodate any early check-ins. We are happy to accommodate special requests, such as early check-in, whenever it is possible for us to do so and we were sorry this option was not available during this time. We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate you providing us with your feedback and we hope you will give us the chance to be of service to you in the future.

Only stayed for one night but it was comfortable and I would stay there again when traveling

Convenient to the interstate and easy to find

The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful.

We stayed in a partially renovated room that had new carpets and tile, but had old shower tub with unhygienic stains and cracks. The towels were yellowish-old and poorly washed with stains on 2 out of 4. A pillowcase was also stained. The worst was the door (or perhaps even the wall) that lacked any sound insulation whatsoever: when the cleaning team started their work in the morning, it seemed that they were pushing their squeaky cart and yelling right around our bed. Overall, it felt like a rundown motel that was way overpriced.

Convenient Hotel with Friendly Staff/Pets Welcome

Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Good location to Interstate 85. Allows pets. Rooms are clean and free Wi-Fi and breakfast.

Very convenient and accessible from I81

The hotel was super clean, the staff was extremely helpful and the complimentary breakfast was delightful.
