Frank, manager, refused to accept our confirmed, pre-paid reservation and we had a shouting match until he gave me a room. He demanded an RMB 800 deposit (twice the room cost) for no reason at all. He embarrassed us and himself by getting angry at Hotels.com and clearly doesn't understand how the system works.
I suggest this hotel is removed from Hotels.com until staff are re-trained. He refused to accept my reservation until I was extremely forceful. We had a 7-hour train delay and he had no intention of helping us at all, he just wanted to argue.
