We booked the business suite here and we were very disappointed with the following 1. The bathroom: there were rust/mold (not sure what) stains in the sink and shower. 2. The level of "cheapness" ie they charged $50 for a room card... normally hotels give those away as souvenirs.... On the other hand we were happy with 1. The breakfast, it was simple but good 2. The concierge: which allowed us to store our bags after checkout for a few hours at no extra fee

Dirty hotel - Don't Recommed
I came to this hotel 3 years ago for the same reason a business trip , I found the hotel in worts clean condition. Bad smell on room and hall. But the worst of all is that my room had an used condom on the floor carpet. I will never ever come back to this hotel

A Good Stay
The experience with Norico Hotel was quite good. First of all, the location is excellent. Subway station is one min away. There is a shopping mall across the road, basically you can find everything there. Hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help. The only drawback was the cleaness of the room carpet. I had a classic room which was renovated not too long ago. Overall it was nice and clean. However carpet looks unclean. There were many stain spots on the carpet. I would suggest to have the slippers on when you walk in the room.

Nice Business Hotel
This is a 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. it is close, only 2 stations to the Exhibition Hall at Futain District.

Nice stay in Shen zhen
Nice location. Good breakfast. Hotel staff are friendly. Room is spacious except Bed is a little hard. Very good overall experience.

Old needs to be refurbish
Carpet dirty, room dusty, aircon is old and kept making sounds. The only good part is bed sheets and towel seems new and clean. Everything else is super old.

Excellent location for our business
Right next to the metro which is all you really need to go and get anywhere you want. Also it's right in the big electronic market of Shenzhen, you can walk around it, which was perfect for us. Not all the rooms are the same, we had to upgrade from the room they first gave us, it had an old, not so neat bathroom, but the upgraded room was perfect. Breakfast more Chinese than continental, didn't have many choices.

Good Business Hotel
This hotel is only 2 Metro stations away from the World Trade and Shen Zhen Exhibition and Convention Centre for the 76th CMEF Autumn show. Great convenience for me. Many good Restaurants are also located nearby with all the amenities.

Definitely worth the money
For the price, it was definitely worth it. It's very close to the subway, witch is very important to me. It has a café/restaurant on it's ground floor which opens late at night; it's nice after a day of business meetings to be able to sit in there have something to eat and a pot of tea.

Good place for indian business man
Good place for indian people....I have stayed there many times.....main advantage is metro station just in front of the hotel....also the electronics market and SEG are just in front....hotel is clean and reception understands English easily....

Lousy service and bad attitude
It was the first time i have encountered such lousy sevice. In my booking i indicated i need a roll away bed and when we checked in at 2pm, i reminded the hotel staff. We checked into our rooms and left it to the staff to set up the bed. We went out and came back at 10pm. To our horror, the bed was not set up and they said they may not have a bed for us. When i said we already reminded them when we check in, they say will send someone to set the bed. To our horror again, only the bed frame came and the staff said no mattress. That i can use the duvet as mattress. The staff said it is also comfortable. Aft i called the counter staff and said i dont care where they find mattress, i am not sleeping without one. They then quickly brought the mattress in less than 5 mins. I must say such service is one of a kind...

The hotel is perfect for importers and travellers. Metro station is just below and also the electronics market is just opposite. Mc donalds is also nearby from here.For indians the indian restaurant is just three stations away by metro so it is the best.

Good Location for Shopping near Huaqiang Road
Shenzhen really isn't geared up for Western Tourists yet. If you are a Westerner you should either learn Mandarin before you go or make sure you have a good translator app on your phone and get a local SIM with an Internet connection. Alternatively, if you can afford one get a local guide. This hotel is within walking distance of the largest electronics market in the world the SEG and Huaqiang Road North is full of massive department stores and other shops which is just as well because unless you can speak the language getting around the city is not easy. The local Chinese definitely seem friendly enough but as a general rule only people under 30 will have any English language skills and they are usually limited to basic conversations relating to buying or selling the particular goods they have on offer. The hotel is definitely due for an upgrade the carpets are in poor condition as are the rest of the facilities. Basic tourist information is hard to get hold of, the only map available cost me about $2 AUD and was in Chinese. Internet mapping in English is hopeless due to some issues with accuracy. Trying to get anywhere by taxi requires destination instructions written in Chinese. Don't go there thinking everything is going to be a lot cheaper than anywhere else, it isn't, with globalisation and the Internet you can buy anything online for the same price or cheaper than you will get it in China. There is a huge choice of goods there though.

The hotel is ok, But I have to pay extra for my booking,I booked from Hotels.com for 3 nights for 2 adults and got a small twin bed, how can 2 adults stayed on a twin bed???.

I'm a cheap traveler, and don't require much attention. Normally I would stay in a hostel because they are cheap I this trip rewired me to stay in a hotel for security (buying electronics). The lobby looks nice. Before entering the room the ceiling had mould on it. Yep! When I entered the room (each time for 2 weeks) the room had a very distinct nasty smell. The beds a very very firm (I like rock hard beds). The ac was nice. House keeping came 2xs each day and didn't do much. Make the bed close the curtains, refold the towels, and wipe down the nasty floor. I recall a time when I wrote shoes all day. I took them off in the room and walked bare foot. Just from waffling in the room they turned black on the bottom. Nasty! I packed 1 weeks worth of clothes. Mid way during my trip I had housekeeping clean my clothes. . Note I packed for 1 wardrobe for each of 7 days. They charged me $50 usd to do my laundry. . Super expensive considering this is shenzhen! I'd go back if it is the same price or cheaper next time. $50

Good Location
The beds were clean and firm. Personally I prefer firm beds as I get better rest in them. The carpets look a little worse for wear but daily housekeeping meant my sinusitis didn't flare up. Overall I had a comfortable 3 days stay. Location was pretty reasonable being a short distance from SEG / Electronics Hub
