Not a 5* hotel

We paid extra for breakfast, it's terrible. The choices were limited, the tea is not fresh (mine tasted like it had come from a coffee vat). Some of the food was submerged in oil (the ham, the curries etc) and a lot of it looked like it has been there a long while. Not a great selection Either - sushi section looked miserable.
Room is run down - carpet is not clean. Rooms are also very small.
Very disappointing - Shangri la in Taipei and Shanghai are significantly better and more worth value for money. This hotel is not
