terrible check-in experience

Pros: location
Cons: they definitely need renovation of the hotel and some qualified staff able to speak English
The hotel is small but in the good location, close to many places to eat and to shop. I have paid the room in advance but they wanted me to pay again for the room charge + deposit saying that they will return me both charges in two weeks. I still do not understand such a calculation mathematically and refused the payment for the room one more time. Then (after 40 minutes of disputes), (thanks God, my son can speak Chinese since they do not speak English), they connected me with the Expedia representative, who also wanted me to pay one more time, because of new policy Expedia has with their representatives outside of the USA. I said I had no money since I did not plan to pay one more time and still see no reason to do this. Then the representative negotiated this issue with the reception and they ALLOWED me not to pay second time the room charge but just a deposit. Oh my God!!! Then, angry and annoyed we went to the one of the buildings of the hotel, dirty, with bad smell. But at least we had the beds to sleep. I did not have a desire to use their shower....

香港空港に着いてネット予約してから1時間半ほどして到着したらフロントでは「予約は入っていない」とのことで、小一時間あーだこーだモメました。 埒があかないので、とりあえず支払いを済ませ宿泊しましたが、部屋はカビ臭いし、バスルームも決してきれいとは言えず、気持ちよく泊まれませんでした。 チェックアウトの時には通用口に野良犬がいて通れませんでした。 もう一度、無料だから泊まれと言われても泊ません。
