Bathroom

Pros: It is not far from the train station, there are many places for meals and shopping also.
Cons: Please provide more soap and shampoo.

The standing bath room is very small. I am fat and tall. During bathing, my body kept on contacting the wall and glass of the bathroom. I have to bath much slower to avoid breaking the glass wall and this wasted large amount of water, soap and shampoo. I think it is better to either give me a bigger bathroom or let your customers know your bathroom size before we do the booking of hotel room to help both you and us. I am also old and not prefer to use bath tub as I might slip and fall. The bath tub is not good for the elderly people. Other room conditions and facilities are good and clean.

Avg hotel with pricey tag

Not worth the cost...tv remote didn't work, safe was broken, wi-fi was really bad...the mark on the LAN cable- fastest internet made me laugh as it didn't even work for a second. Request room service for fixing the wi-fi but it wasn't fixed when i returned back... overall just avg exp and i won't be staying at this place ever again.

Hotel well located with access to shopping malls and lots of eating places around. The concierge in the hotel was really helpful.

Bad experience!

The overall experience towards this stay is below my expectation! I like swimming and that it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel to stay for a weekend with my lover. However, the pool was closed for maintenance and no notice to the patrons has been posted at anywhere of the hotel at all.

A dated hotel that is overpriced

I have stayed in many hotels around the luohu area and often dined at the at the revolving restaurant of the Panglin hotel. So on this particular trip decided to stay for several nights. Very dissapointed with the experience. I discovered the rooms and overall condition of the hotel was quite dated. The hotel itself was built in 1999 and it seems nothing has changed. In fact I thought the hotel was from the 70's or 80's given the condition of the furnishings. The wifi connection is very poor, often losing connection or not connecting at all. The toilet kept on flushing itself all night without reason. I was also very dissapointed with the breakfast as it was very basic as compared with the other hotels in the area. The only reason to stay in the hotel is for the views from the revolving restaurant and the location. Otherwise, don't bother with this hotel as many better hotels in the luohu area.

Poor days in Panglin

The wifi connection was terrible... not able to connect to company email account due to blockage... i.e. same as no internet/wifi connection
