“Property owner didn't know we were staying at the property since she "hadn't communicated with VRBO in a long time". The cabin had not been cleaned. The caretaker changed the bedding but that was all. My husband cleaned the bathroom. We were told the water was under a boil restriction. I wonder if it's always under a boil restriction. We were provided a few bottles of water. The window air unit dripped so we had to keep a bowl under it. The location was nice with only the caretaker house near.”

“Our stay was very very pleasant the property owner was very responsive if issues arose which they didnt. It is a beautiful relaxing location especially by the pond. They really paid attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest bringing is ice, as the freezer does not make any and the cube tray was missing ”

“Loved property just needed to be mowed. Thats really the only negative thing i can say. Host communication was great check in/out easy and was as described. Would stay again.”

“Overall, our group of 11 adults enjoyed a fun, relaxing weekend. The house was clean and roomy. Suggestions for improvement include power washing the outside and minor repairs (torn screens, a broken stool, rickety chair, malfunctioning door locks). A lot of the rooms had no closets, so any hang-up clothes had to be put on the beds. Beautiful location--the house has excellent potential, just needs a few upgrades. The host was very responsive to texts.”
