We get into our room and only have 2 towels for 3 people. Front desk informs us, sorry we don’t have anymore. Called BW number and the made a report and basically said I could drip dry for the next 2 to 5 business days. Great response!! After breakfast the next morning we saw the housekeeper with towels and got another. Hairdryer didn’t work either! Went get ice in the third floor. Not working got 4 cubes. When we returned that evening housekeeping came into our room and took our towels. Only left 2 towels and no wash cloths. Back to the front desk to get our needed towels. I will not consider any BW because of this experience. No way to run a business. Does not earn my patronage.

I like that it was easy to get to. Can’t hear the freeway. Shower was awesome. Lots of water pressure. Way better internet service than the hotel we stayed in in Nashville. AC works great.

The place has had some updating but if you look closely, it looks a little tired. The staff, though adquate, did not exhude friendliness. The room was pretty clean. Carpets appeared new. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage , toast bagels, ceral, waffles, etc. Wifi was terrible. It clearly needs updating.

One night stay on a road trip. Late night check in went amoothly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled egg and bacon. We did not check the pool.
Checking in is easy and the person who checked me in was super friendly and knowledgeable of all amenities the hotel has to offer. My room was clean and everything worked as should.

It was a great place for the price! Only complaint was not enough towels for two people in the room and the shower handle kept trying to fall off.

One night trip. Check in was easy and staff was super friendly and helpful. A+ on the beds. Room faced interstate and was a bit difficult to stay asleep but overall, restful. Bathroom and shower was immaculate. Definitely lived up the rating.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was priced cheaply but tub was dirty, bathroom trash wasn’t taken out, and food was left in fridge but the worst part was that the air didn’t work-at all. When we first got there it was set to fan. We turned the air on low and it worked for maybe 15 minutes before it went out. Turned it to high and it worked for 3-5 mins and went out again and the whole unit didn’t work after that. Also, walls are paper thin, we could hear whole conversations and could hear people having sex from the hallway. Not necessarily a complaint and nothing anyone could have done about that but just something to consider

The staff was extremely friendly, i reserved the Jacuzzi Room, but a pipe burst, so they gave us a different room instead. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, highly recommend.

Elizabeth did a great job checking is in and suggesting restaurants. Room was vert clean and comfortable. Carpet and furniture was in very good shape. Good breakfast with waffles and eggs. Would definitely return.

The desk staff was nice. The room smelled extremely bad of mildew like a wet basement. I didn’t see the bathroom when I checked in because I was overtired and just wanted to go to bed when I went in there this morning to shower I was definitely shocked, this bathroom should’ve been renovated a few years ago. For a hotel in Kentucky the breakfast was weak. I would’ve definitely rather pay double and just stayed at the Hilton a few blocks away.

Room was outdated. It was dirty as well, bugs were flying around. AC was too laud.
