While Hotel was not 100% - they put us up on 2nd floor right over Banquet hall with music blazing till 2 AM.. At 10:30 they decided to move all 2nd floor guests to higher floors with no apology and/or it seemed to be an inconveneince for the Manager who was clueless. Also They charged our credit card $ 100 for incidentals and never credited!!!
I was there for my fathers funeral, and I was placed on the second floor. The Jacuzzi tub wins started with water was then filled with dirt from the Jets it was totally disgusting and I had to shut it off. so only showers could be taken. Once wanting to rest a Christmas party had started. It was so loud music blaring & was heard right through the floor. I asked change rooms and because I paid for a suite they did not have another room at all. Very disappointed in this this hotel. I would never stay here again.
