One of two hotels in Sheridan Arkansas

Room clean except table top, night stand and glass table for lamp were a little dirty. Bed was clean but mattress was low quality and uncomfortable. Bathroom fairly clean. Carpet looked clean. Advice: Get better mattresses and wipe down table tops.

Excellent for price point

Having traveled the interstates for 50 years, I doubt if it gets better at this price point. Free WiFi, free coffee, and an adequate breakfast. Lots of towels, restful decor, and gentle, competent staff. Be aware that it is an older facility at a lower price, so you might hear guests outside or in the next room and somethings might not respond as you expect, i.e. faucets and locks. In the end it is functional and safe. Highly recommended.

Cool room, but not for the price.

It was good, I was overall satisfied. I just don't think it was worth the amount of money they charged. Maybe they charged that much because it was 4th July weekend. But if the price would've been around $35-$45, it would've been A+ because certain things I would've expected or been prepared for. It had no iron, ironing board, no hair dryer, one bar of soap. the bed was very low to the ground and the toilet was the ugly lumpy seat. I really didn't like it. the water pressure SUCKS!!!!!!. You can adjust the way the water comes out but the pressure still sucked. Other than that, it was cool. If the price of the rooms would've been cheaper, these small things wouldn't have been major. It did have microwave and fridge.

Almost, but not quite

We chose this hotel because there weren't many options. It was okay, but needs some significant updating. Things not working quite as they should was a theme. The beds weren't very comfortable and the shower had problems with water pressure. The air conditioner was noisy and didn't keep the temperature controlled very well. There is a little breakfast provided, but nothing if you are trying to eat remotely healthy (no yogurt, fruit, or whole grain cereal options) - but the coffee was good. There was a refrigerator in the room (although it didn't cool as well as it should) so we were able to buy yogurts to keep in the room for breakfast.

Disaster in Sheridan

First room we were given had an unmade bed. The second room had the soap fall into pieces when opened. There was no mattress cover and only a thin sheet with cigarette burns, no blanket and only a bedspread of questionable cleanliness. The pillows had an odor and were very flat. Worst of all the toilet didn't flush correctly.

Family Reunion

We came from Alabama for a family reunion. We had 2 rooms one room got too hot and one room we couldn't get warm enough. Other yhan that we had a great experience. Big breakfast the only thing missing was any type of fresh friut, also there should have been an attendant to replenish the breakfast items as needed.

A warm bed in a quiet little town.

The staff was very nice when I asked them questions about the area, only questions I asked... The room was what I expected, King bed with a couch to sit on. It was bitter cold out when I stayed and the heater worked great, sometimes a little too well but I can't complain about that really. The shower head was high enough for me, I like to think I'm average height at 6', so that was a blessing; however the top of the rather high soap dish was rather dirty, I think housekeeping was short and just can't see that up there so I find it hard to blame and just ignored it. Overall it was a warm place to stay, with a hot (but limited) breakfast in a quiet little town.
