Great property in a great location! As close to home as possible while on the road. I recommend staying here while in Sheridan.

Great location, great staff and great property. The suites are well kept and well stocked for convenient traveling. It is great to be able to cook meals while on the road.

Very clean and staff was very helpful. I didn't check too many other places in the area, but thought the price was alittle high for this small town. If you had an extended stay, this place would be ideal.

We only stayed 2 nights. Room is set up for long term stays with kitchenettes, dishes, free laundry… I would absolutely look for this hotel on a longer term vacation. It would be great a family. They do not offer free breakfast due to having your own space/fridge in room.

2nd chance didn’t get the king room I paid for wife and kid stayed on the tiny bed I had to sleep on the recliner. Then they did nothing to help fix it just said oh well. Just don’t expect to get the room you paid for

The Front desk personnel was eating dinner at the front desk and had someone sitting opposite of them from the outside of the desk.
When we walked in, we were not greeted but looked at as if we were bothering there dinner time. She did not tell me where the elevator was or what room we were in. She was basically placed my room key down and went back to eating her dinner. She was very rude and unporfessional. The rooms were nice and clean. The morning personell were slightly nicer but same sort of mood.

We were finally able to get the tractor and snowplow to remove and haul off the ice chunks from the parking lot on Friday. Very nice to have an equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend for families. Could have been cleaner, bathroom toiletry dispensary was empty, and they werent able to replace down pillows with synthetic. Still plan on staying at more Candlewood locations.
