Nice clean rooms. Only problem was truck did come in so no breakfast, no milk, no yogurt, no fruit, no eggs, no anything except a waffle and juice. I think they could have gone to a local store and got things to offer their guests

A Disaster
We booked this hotel in advance. A non-cancellable reservation. When we arrived, there was only one car in the parking lot, which immediately was a red flag. A sign on the outside door stated that neither the heat or the air conditioning was working. I went to the front desk in order to see what I could do, as we were not willing to stay under those circumstances. I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes, then started yelling, “Hello!” for a while. I finally called the hotel directly and the front desk clerk answered and came down from wherever he was. I told him I had been waiting approximately 15 minutes, which he laughed off. He said he would cancel our room but hotels.com would have to issue the refund. We are working with them now to get a refund. The entire situation was very frustrating after a long day on the road and I have lost my faith in Quality Inns and will never again choose this chain.

Disappointed, very disappointed....
When we arrived after riding our trike over 300 miles in the heat, first of all it was hard to tell if the hotel was even open. Then when I checked in, was told that there was no air conditioning, what. The fire dept had shut the air conditioning down. It was in the high 90s. They would not or did not offer a refund or discount. They did supply a window fan..fortunately it cooled a bit through the night. While walking through the hall and staircase, noticed that the carpet had had little to no cleaning. Would not recommend using this facility until the owners, who by the way, did not even offer an apology for the lack of air conditioning. Also the Inn didn't even have bath soap..they offered shampoo to bathe with, imagine shampoo to bathe with.

No complaints about this one. Ac was out but they were up front about it and offered to refund with no issues if we wanted to find somewhere else. We stayed anyway as the temperature was fine.

The facility informed me when I got there the air conditioner was broke and if I wanted to cancel due to the heat it would be no charge. I hope Expedia will do what is right by not charging me for the room I didn’t stay at due to mechanical issues there. I did book a replacement through Expedia as well.

False advertising. No AC in entire hotel. Pool closed. The hotel needs to change its description on hotels.com. Breakfast was as promised. The price should reflect the fact that I'm sleeping with fan to try to cool down at 3am.

Completely not what was in the add. Air conditioning was broken in all rooms. No water in the pool. The hotel is outdated with very old carpeting and funky smells. The only bright spot was the front desk clerk was kind, and gave us a fan.

Great people all around
These people are so sweet. The air conditioning was out, but we were given fans, so it wasn't horrible. They were very eco-conscious. Didn't change the sheets every day and all that, which is a good thing. We're not dirty people. :-) I managed to lock my keys in my trunk, and the gentleman, whose name I didn't get, spent well over an hour in 90+ degree heat, trying to get into my car. This was above and beyond customer service. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff were wonderful, like all, hard finding people who will work. Advertisement shows a pool, the pool has not been operating for 2 years. There was no AC, but that was not a deal breaker, the staff provided fans & with the cool nights it was almost cold. The best sleep I have had for a long time. The staff was told they were waiting on a part for the AC, but with individual AC-Heat units in the room it appears to be electrical. Owners should step it up. It appears the motel was sitting idle for a while, landscape needed updating. But the staff is trying hard.

The host at the front desk was not friendly upon arrival. Since all handicap accessible rooms were not available when we booked, a first floor room was requested since we have 1 permanently disabled person in our party. We have 1 other person who recently had knee replacement surgery and has not been released by her doctor to use stairs at all. I was then told, well unfortunately you are on the 2nd floor. By this time I am getting very unhappy with his nonchalant attitude and lack of concern about our situation. Since, there are 2 floors I asked where the elevator was so that I could pull my car as close as I could to that area so my son could help get his mother up the stairs. Oh, there’s no elevator. Once again, he acted like my concerns had nothing to do with him. As he is asking me to initial in 4 places and sign a pet policy agreement, I asked why would that be needed when I do not have a pet and when I placed the reservation I stated I was not bringing a pet. He then asks for my credit card to have on file so they would have a way to charge us if we damaged the room. By this time, I will say I was really controlling my anger. As I am waiting for my credit card back, I happen to look down and on a regular size sheet of paper, hanging below the counter, it states there were no working air conditioners, no working pool, and a couple of other things that I do not remember. I asked if he was going to inform me of that. I have more to express but no more space

Convenient Staff was helpful It appears this property is in transition. The lobby was beautiful but the room we had ,although was clean,was sloppily renovated appearing as if it's not finished. It will be good if they pay attention to details. Empty cigarette butts from ash cans, match touch-up paint to main color, clean up paint from corners and bathroom tile.
