“This property technically had what was needed, but it was very, very bare minimum. For instance - 3 towels for 4 people is not sufficient, and there was not an extra pillow or extra blanket to be found. We have 2 teenagers and 1 slept on the couch. We didn’t even have an extra blanket to give him - which was a bummer. Luckily, we had some extra sweatshirts with us. But - we were only there 1 night so we made it work, any more than that and it would not have worked for us. ”

“The loft is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location with dining so close and Starved Rock just minutes away.”

“Smelled like gas upon entry, unfinished remodel, exposed wood, missing doors, no lock upon entry of complex. NOT SAFE. We didn’t stay and ended up driving all the way home. No follow up communication. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ”

“We had a great stay at this rustic farmhouse apartment! The home is definitely older, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated the WiFi and Roku TVs for some downtime. We did have to sign into our own accounts. The owner was very responsive and helpful any time we had questions.As you’d expect with a home of this age, there were a few quirks. The window units kept the place cool, but it……

“It looked just like the photos. Loved the backyard. The beds were extremely comfortable as was the bedding. The living room was very comfy. The whole setup was very charming. And she had a lot of little extras. Very thoughtful extras. Like spices, olive oil etc in the kitchen. She also had dog food and water bowls. A specific dog towel, poop bags, a leash and also a chuck-it to play fetch. She was extremely accessible and responsive. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. ”

“Beautiful home. Maybe a little more help for tv usage for the older generation 😂 A hairdryer would be perfect, in case, we have senior moments. Love the water view. Had breakfast on the deck every morning. Great place for relaxation ”
