“The property manager was extremly accomodating. We arrived late to the inn close to 12:30 a.m. After a phone call sharing our ETS, the property manager made sure someone was available for check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived to the room, there was trash on the kitchenette counter from the previous guest and a fly buzzing around the trash. It left a poor impression after such a wonderful check-in. It seems like this was a 1 time concern as the standard reviews say that cleanliness is……

“The room was clean.
The bathroom was excellent
-clean
-hot water
-great pressure
The carpet was clean but flooring would be safer.
The curtains provided a dark room as there was a lot of surrounding light.
The room we were in didn’t seem to have an electrical outlet next to bed for charging phone.
The bed was clean and comfortable, free of bugs and pillows were full. Due to health issues I will request main level room next time, as this was a two story motel.”

“We stayed for 7 days in the middle of tourist season for an educational conference. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the room was clean, comfortable and cozy with a table and 2 chairs in the room and a table and chairs outside your room if you want to sit outside. The Full bathroom with large shower was clear and the room came with a larger mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It is close enough to everything you could want (restaurants, groceries, etc.…) and close……

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”
