Short stay in Denison

Pros: Very clean, looks newly updated.
Cons: better sound-proofing in rooms near the elevator
Location: there's lots of restaurants nearby, including IHOP should you miss breakfast with easy access to 75
I booked a short stay in Denison, and my first night was very uncomfortable. I'm usually a deep sleeper, but my room was very close to the elevator, and I swear I could hear everything! The following day, I asked the front desk person if it would be possible to move rooms. Sheila, the general manager, helped us out, and moved us to another room. I had a MUCH better night's sleep, and am very thankful for Sheila's help! La Quinta Denison does offer breakfast every AM, but it closes promptly at 10am no exceptions. The pool has a nice view, but I was not able to use it during my very short stay. Overall, every employee interaction I had was positive, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location: Was traveling back from Dallas Airport.
The hotel and room was very nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful in local eateries. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Another positive experience at a LaQuinta!

We needed a room while driving home to Houston late one night. Using my hotel app, I found this hotel listed as being on Hwy 75. We could see it from the highway but it took a few turn-around's & back road driving to finally get to the front door. A sign or two would have helped. The hotel was clean, bright & friendly. This is only our 2nd time at a LaQuinta and I'm glad it was a good as our first experience in another state. It was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. We would stay again at this location. There's an IHop close by (walking distance), if you don't like the free breakfast.

Good place to stay...jacuzzi faucet was coming apart though.other than that it was really nice.

Smelly!

They charged me twice and wouldn't refund my money!! And they had no clue why I was charged twice. Cockroaches on the 3rd floor. Hair is the bathtub. Smelly bedroom and carpet!!
