"Excellent facilities and location"
Great hotel location as it's right smack in between Harajuku and Shibuya. We took a slow 20 mins stroll from Shibuya back to the hotel in the freezing cold and the bowl of ramen provided by the hotel really helped to warm us up. Thought it was a really nice gesture provided by the hotel. However, our room that was given to us was a corner room (even though we requested not to have a corner room) that was facing the train tracks, and it was quite disturbing for a light sleeper like me to have to hear the trains every 3 mins.

"Great hotel close to Shibuya Station"
It was a bit difficult to locate the hotel initially, but once we did, we realized it was in a great location. It's located close to a nice neighborhood street with lots of cosy looking cafes, and is a ~10 minute walk to Shibuya Station if you choose to walk through Shibuya Mark City (lots of restaurants in there too). Shibuya's Center Gai is a short walk away too (also ~10 minutes), and really once you're at Shibuya Station, you're well connected to anywhere in Tokyo. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for Tokyo. Highly recommended!

"Small but nice"
Very clean and small hotel, great area for quiet walks but close enough to the crazy Shibuya train stop and shopping. I just stayed here for one night, awaiting flight out of Narita.

"Everything You Need Right in Shibuya!"
The Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-minamiguchi is an easy walk from the Shibuya Station minamiguchi (South entrance) gate. Shibuya Station is massive and complicated. You should get a good map of it before you arrive. It serves several train lines and underground lines and there are many gates on several levels. The Shin-minamiguchi side of the station has more office towers than shops. That’s o.k., though, as it is relatively quiet at night. You will feel very safe and surrounded with like-minded people if you find yourself walking back to the hotel late in the evening. Our room had a kitchenette that included a small fridge, a microwave, one burner (a hob), a large basin (sink) and its own washing machine! There are pots and pans, plates and tea cups, electric kettle, etc. All you need for some light cooking, or at least warming up some takeaway food. Our room had plenty of closet space and drawers to put everything away. The flat screen TV was large (and gets CNN), the bed was comfortable. Best of all, we had our own balcony! It wasn’t large, but we could step out in the evening and look over the Shin-Minamiguchi side of Shibuya, see and hear the trains going by, see the office workers head home and get a sense of what it’s like (sort of) to live in Tokyo. The hotel is just past a Family Mart. This will prove very useful if you stay awhile. The convenience store is open 24 hours and sells a bit of everything at reasonable prices (particularly handy for well-priced beer and wine!

"Great Location, Nice and Clean boutique hotel"
Modern look hotel room with descent size, about 3m x 7m. Great location at the heart of Shibuya. Friendly staffs. Less than 10 minutes to Shibuya Station - Hachiko exit. There is Tokyo Honten department store and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Good hotel shower with modern design. Breakfast is simple though. TV is useless.

"Great location & friendly staff. "
We arrived really early into Tokyo and tried to check into our hotel at about 6am, unfortunately all rooms were booked. The staff were really friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage with them so we explored the area (love Shibuya) and they pre-entered all our check in requirements so when we did finally get to check in (around 2pm so earlier than the 3pm stated - pretty sure they knew we were super tired) it was an extremely smooth process. We were travelling with a friend who booked another room and they managed to put us both on the same floor and very close in proximity.

Pocket Guide: Shibuya, Minato Shopping Hotels

A busy, youth-oriented shopping district, Shibuya is equally famous for the NHK studios, Olympic gymnasium, and “Hachiko”—the statue of a faithful dog. On weekends, its Harajuku area is abuzz with the meeting and mingling of Tokyo’s most fashionable teens. Neighboring Ebisu, a short subway ride from here, offers a pleasant, quiet alternative to Shibuya.
