"This hotel was the best and I am happy I chose it for my vacation. It has one of the best theatres I have ever been to in the same building. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are kind of small but you get used to it really quickly. I liked how the room keycards were programmed to take you to your floor only for our safety. I was also able to order some packages to the hotel and they happily accepted the deliveries and notified me when my packages arrived. I'm a big man so finding clothes at the mall was super hard, so I ended up just ordering some clothes from Japan Amazon. They have a brilliant system of how your room is serviced, if you need to, you can have your sheets changed next day. I just wish the Godzilla Head Terrace was open when I was here. :(( but hopefully it should be open by the time I come by next time. This is definitely my go to hotel in future visits. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you , Hotel Gracery Shinjuku and it's wonderful staff. Until next time. "
