"정말 부족한것이 없다고 생각합니다. 가격도 싸고 주차도 무료이고 룸도 깨끗했고, 침대는 더블 사이즈가 두개 인 트윈 룸이었는데 너무나 편했고 베개도 정말 편안했습니다. 온천물도 훌륭했습니다. 저녁 온천을 마치고 무료 아이스크림을 주고, 오전 온천을 마치면 요쿠르트를 무료로 즐길수 있도록 준비 되어 있습니다. 조식도 이정도면 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 덕분에 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다. "

"The property itself is a 2-4 min walk to the gondola. It’s a great location. The hotel is newly remodeled and very comfortable. Traditional Japanese sized rooms. The thing that really shines here though are the staff. 5 stars is not enough. We should be allowed one review a year where we can give 10 stars. Everyone here is superlative (great ). Without going into details, the staff all came together to help me out way above and beyond normal service. And don’t get me wrong, the normal routine service was beyond perfect As an added ease of life point.. the staff speaks great english. "

"Perfect hotel for our needs. Next door to a ski hire shop and immediately opposite the Kitanomine gondola. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. They run a free shuttle service on demand to local restaurants, but there are also several good eateries in walking distance. The hot chocolate was delicious (dark chocolate melted in hot milk). Very friendly and efficient staff. A great stay altogether. "
