Stay is nice but wi go was not working and house keeping service was very poor but staff behaviour is good and food was good and swimming pool was not clean

A perfect hideaway

Our trip at the Radisson was amazing. The breakfast especially had tons of variety and perfect quality. The facilities in our room worked perfectly, the treats that were served in the evening was a nice gesture, the rooms were cleaned very well whenever we wanted, the employees were happy and helpful 24/7, and in general, the Radisson was the perfect stay! One suggestion, however, is to add pizza to the menu.

Great stay for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay. We were really taken care of, with a personal touch. All requests and queries were attended to promptly and professionally. The hotel staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. Restaurant staff were superbly trained and added to the experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated with a small but stunning porch and lobby. There is much to discover among its various levels, including a really cute open air gym that overlooks the valley. Rooms are comfortable and cozy as you would expect from Radisson. The spa experience was good, but not great. And unfortunately the activity room was under renovation so we didn't have anything to keep us occupied on a rainy day. But overall, thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend at the Radisson Shimla.

Radisson is always a safe bet

Pros: The rooms are comfortable. The good night cakes every day made are stay even more special
Cons: 1) The hotel could not provide basic cold and fever medicine. 2) They did not have oil heater
It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Enjoyed the flag hoisting ceremony. The staff is friendly and always at your service. But the hotel needs to work on experiential travel. It is a comfortable 4 star hotel but lacks to give experience to it's guests Things to be improved: 1) the hotel could not provide basic cold and fever medicine despite repeated request. My wife fell ill with cold. They should make available non prescription medicine. It made our stay very uncomfortable 2) They did not have a jacuzzi in their hotel 3) I had requested for a cake as it was my anniversary to surprise my wife which I was promised will be delivered in my room by 8 p.m.on day 1. But it never showed up. 4) There are filament heaters in the hotel. Which reduces the oxygen in the room. They should provide oil heaters instead.

when we checked in this property they took an hr to provide us the room, in the room the tea maker ws very dirty& stinking...also they din provide us with bath robes, the rooms are OK...breakfast is good though..

Family holiday at Shimla

Stay was overall comfortable in the deluxe room but it is nowhere near to 5 star standards. Bathroom is way too small and had stain marks on floor and walls which is not something expected from such a luxurious hotel . Food at restaurant is average for the price paid. All the staff is very helpful and the only good part . Free wifi is virtually useless and Airtel 3G is much better option . There is no complimentary drop to Mall Road which is a decent one km steep walk.
