The hot springs were really nice. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the facilities were good.
The location is conveniently near the station, but otherwise it’s a very quiet neighborhood with little to do.
Everything was awesome: staffs were very helpful, breakfast was comprehensive, mattress was comfy, the room was cozy, etc. And, they even served free late night ramen. The only thing was there was a bit of mold in the shower room.
A staff of reception desk was terribly rude. I cannot forget her face and eyes that looked down us. It was absolutely disdain.
She looked like manager, but there is No apologize about our complaint due to their mistake.
Everything was great except we have to pay 20 yen for each sheet of computer paper to print. We needed to print our airline tickets and there were no paper in the printer. It’s took a while to get this paper and they told us we have to pay 20 yen each. We were bit surprised because other business hotels had paper already in the printer and never ask money for this.
Great view from the onsen, and really excellent location and facilities for the price. Small, but clean, well kept, and with nice amenities like a rooftop rotenburo and late night noodles. Also provides a free shuttle to the train station in the mornings. Great start to a vacation!
It is located next to BEPPU JR station. We stayed in a twin room of size larger than average room in Japan.Estimsted size is at least 240 square feet. We are on top floor and the room is very quiet.
Good location as near train station and major shopping mall. Great onsen in hotel and complimentary ramen every night. Service staffs are all very helpful and friendly.
I actually cancel another hotel and booked Dormy Inn because of previous good experience. Except that the bed was smaller than expected, everything was good. The free Ramen was fantastic
About 10mins walk from shimonoseki station. We walked to Karato market and back. Good service staff! Amenities can be found only in female onsen. Guess it is normal in japan.

Good for overnight stay
Room was super small! The spa facilities is good and nearby shopping mall
closed early, nothing much to do.
As independent travelers, hotel location is key. This hotel is walking distance to the train station, city bus and makes access to major sightseeing sights like Karato Market a breeze. Hotel staff and facility are excellent. Having laundry facility was a bonus.
I liked this hotel even though it wasn't close to shops etc. On level 10 you could have a massage, sauna or hot springs. Nice staff but not much english spoken, clean room. Breakfast had quite a big section of western food but mainly catered for Japanese.
