We have stayed here many times and usually get upgraded. This time was different as not only were we upgraded but we were also given access to The Executive Lounge. This provides a full breakfast in the mornings and snacks at other times and high quality drinks later in the evening. The large internal ...
I can't say much for the location in terms of things to do immediately around it, but the important thing is it's walking distance from Shinagawa station if you want to save money on trains by riding JR and if you're flying from Haneda Airport there's a line that leads directly into an indoor area ...
Stayed four nights. This is a nice budget hotel very close to Gotanda Station (Yamanote line). The rooms are a little small, but they are clean, and I like that each room has a washer / dryer (get free soap from the front desk staff). No problems with WiFi. I have stayed here four or five times in ...
Stayed for 5 nights, location was very close to foods establishments and the train station. Room cleanliness can be better, as well as the beddings. But overall good experience, will recommend to friends
Superb hotel that is close to Shinagawa station. Lobby is stylish and staff are professional. The lounge on the 16th floor made the stay very pleasant.
We stayed in a family suite which was large and very comfortable for our family of five. Robes, slippers and all manner of toiletries were a nice touch. Very close to transit and easy access to the airport.
My son and I had a great time in Japan. This hotel was very nice, clean and walking distance to the subway. The only thing I was disappointed in was that our breakfast was not included. I have stayed there before and it was included then.
it is a bit far from the JR Shinagawa station on foot and our room was bery small. Staff in the hotel were all nice and pleasant. It is a good budget hotel in Tokyo since everything is very expensive there. I liked this hotel even though there were some disappointment conditions. the hotel is on ...
This is a fantastic little place to stay. I was travelling on business combined with sightseeing. Its great for people who don't spend much time in the hotel when they are abroad. The flat itself is tiny but has everything you need and more. Ironing board, iron, washing machine, stove, microwave, ...
We only stayed in this hotel for one night, and it suited our needs fine. We got into Tokyo from the airport quite late, but the staff were very hospitable and friendly. The room is quite small, you'll find yourself bumping into things a lot, especially in the bathroom, but it was clean and relatively ...
2 mins walking from Gotanda station, with lot of restaurants/convenience stores around. Nice view from hotel that I could see part of Tokyo tower. Room is nice. Bed is long enough with 6'1" tall guy. Mattress is firm to be comfortable with memory foam pillow.
Overall the hotel is good. I booked club level and the club was very nice. I was disappointed that there is a very high separate charge for use of the pool and gym. The rate seemed very reasonable but if you add the cost to use the gym and pool it's expensive.
