Right next door to the night life.

Posted Sep 9, 2017
Hotel is right next to the night life streets. Always something to do or see. Piss Alley (Memory Lane) is across the street about a 3 minute walk away. JR station is about a 10 minute walk away. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room size was small, but I would assume all rooms in Japan are small in general.

Great Hotel - Best Location

Posted Aug 21, 2017
Pros: Location, Cleanliness, Staff
Cons: Umm, they have no real dresser for your clothes,There is a rack and space behind the mirror designed to hang and store stuff
Location: Few blocks from Shinjuku Station - everything to eat and see is right there....
Everyone at the hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. Honestly, if you are looking to stay in Tokyo, and see the city, there is no better place. I dont speak any Japanese, but the staff was very accomodating.

This hotel's position is very convenient. There have a lot restaurants and shopping malls around there, the subway station only need take 5 minutes by walking. The room is clean, the service is great, but the room is small, but it's normal in Japan. I will give 5 stars!!!^O^

A good option in Shinjuku but no airport shuttle

Posted Jul 28, 2017
Pros: The convenient/central location and the cleanliness.
Cons: They should really negotiate w/ the airport shuttle company to make it a shuttle stop.
Location: Countless restaurants in all price ranges in all categories. It's located in one of the most vibrant entertainment areas in Japan.
Shinjuku is my preferred location in Tokyo, and I usually stay at the Hilton as an Honors Diamond member. But I ended up at Shinjuku Prince this time--and I actually prefer the Prince over Hilton for the following reasons. * The location is far more desirable, steps from JR Shinjuku Station and directly connected to Shinjuku Pepe (a medium-sized shopping mall) as well as Shinjuku Subnade (the underground walkway/shopping mall). * It is big enough but not outrageously so, so you have access to service and facilities of a big hotel without the sea of people to navigate through. * The bldg. is probably 40 years old, but it's clean and nicely renovated. * There are so many dining options around compared to Hilton. * Hilton Tokyo is so busy that everything gets rushed and impersonal. But, at Prince, it is slow/quiet enough that you actually get to speak to the staff and they WILL give you personalized service. Here are some problems: * The amenities are limited, with no gym or pool, and the rooms are half the size of those at Hilton. * The physical setup is a bit awkward, w/ the reception in the basement with very few signs to help you navigate. * This is a big one: Unlike the Hilton, it is not an airport limousine bus/shuttle stop. So, you are on your own (it's about a 20-minute walk to/from the Shinjuku Bus Terminal & maybe 15 minutes to/from Narita Express).

Convenience hotel for eating n shopping

Posted Jul 13, 2017
There are quite a lot of dust on the walls, especially corners. Bad smell around the toilet bowl, just like no cleaning at all for my stay for 7 days. However, it is very a convenience hotel.

Amazing location

Posted Jul 10, 2017
Pros: Location Location Location. Great staff. Nice room.
Cons: Couldn't find an ice machine, but i also never asked.
Location: 5 mins to East exit of worlds busiest train station. Right next to Kubichiko, 5 mins to the Golden Gai bar area. Shopping close by.
Small room, but that's really something you get anywhere in busy Tokyo. Nice en suite, good views. So close to so much. you cannot get board in this area.Staff are both friendly and efficient. Only issue slight cigarette smell in some areas.
