The location is not very good but is near the station!
Service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were firmer than we like and they added a topper and brought us extra pillows. The room was large and well appointed. It was so nice to come back to the comfort of our room after sight seeing every day! Would definitely stay ...
What I liked was the excellent customer service and
The onsen is a lovely bonus. Was a nice break in busy Shinjuku. Plus the location is perfect, for food and transport.
Nice room for a good price. Close to subway station so it's easy to get around tokyo.
Location is pretty convenient beside Higashi-Shinjuku station (Exit B2). It's walk-able to Shinjuku (around 15 min walk). For the price and location, it's pretty worth it.
