Very spacious and comfortable room. Loves the Hotel, Staff and so very close to the train station.
Hotel is in an excellent location. Staff were able to speak English as well which was great. The restaurant buffet was amazing! Great food. The hotel was clean and tidy. I’d definitely stay here again
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Love the option i get to enjoy breakfast not just at the club lounge, but also could pick from one of the 3 restaurants. I went to the one offered Japanese breakfast. Overall the Park Hyatt is impressive, although the quality of the rooms for a 5 Star Japanese hotel is average. The rooms need updated badly. Carpet is worn out and the furnishings are not great.
We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the quiet neighborhood in a very busy Tokyo.
Room with two beds was spacious for Japanese standards. Location was convenient: airport bus stop nearby, Shinjuku station 10min walk. Hotel is very dated though - things were clean and in working order, but I felt like I was living in Japan in the 90s.
The hotel is in a great location near the train stations, restaurants, and located in a quiet area.
